Fresh off a milestone quarter for the Heights, the region continues to soar, boasting record-breaking numbers with positive quarterly growth across 1-4 family homes, condominiums, and rentals in both median prices and sales figures. Hudson County heavyweights, Hoboken and Downtown Jersey City, both saw low volumes at the top-end of the market for the quarter. However, Downtown Jersey boasted strong year-on-year growth for 1-4 family homes, increasing by 27%, while median prices in Hoboken softened 10% despite retaining its moniker of most expensive region in southern Hudson County.
